Shishito Peppers

A small, delicious pepper (one in every ten or so is mildly spicy, rest are sweet) that is super easy to cook! Just cut off the stems and throw the whole pepper in a pan with oil at medium high heat and cook for ten to fifteen minutes and add some salt. Leave the stem on if you want to use the stem for dipping in a sauce or dip. This is one pint’s worth, around 5-7 small to medium sized peppers.
